A free 15 minute phone consultation can be booked via this website for any individuals or couples looking to begin therapy.
Do I need a referral from a GP?
No, Our services can be accessed without the hassle of gaining a Mental Health Care Plan, and avoids the long waits they are typically associated with. Please note that we are unable to provide medication or diagnose. Our services are NOT eligible for medicare rebates.
What is your cancellation policy?
Our services can be cancelled without charge over 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. A charge of 50% of the appointment fee will be incurred for appointments cancelled within 24 hours. Appointments that are not attended without notifing us will be charged the full service fee. Unexpected medical emergencies or compassionate exemptions apply at the discretion of the practitioner.
Are our conversations confidential?
All sessions and content discussed are completely confidential. Any disclosure of session information to third parties will always be discussed with the client prior to any action. Our sessions follow the mandatory reporting guidelines, which means any risk of harm to a person or any children may lead to further action, however will not occur without client awareness.
